ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed during regular business hours in the order they were received. Orders received outside of standard hours are processed the following business day. Standard processing time is 3 - 7 business days. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is applied to orders of $100 or more before tax. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

We currently offer Standard shipping. Transit times may vary, depending on the products. Please note, all delivery dates provided are estimates and do not guarantee delivery within the suggested time frame.

 

We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or US national holidays. We cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Please utilize the tracking information in your order confirmation email to guarantee safe delivery of your order.

 

Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring your shipping information is correct; if an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we will not cover the cost of re-shipping and no refund will be processed.

We want our customers to feel 100% happy with their purchase. If you are unhappy with an item, we’d be happy to assist you with a return.

All items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of purchase, given that the item(s) is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached. Accessories, exclusive collections and discounted items are final sale.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement. Please contact us at info@headyhouse.shop immediately so we may correct the issue for you.

All returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Store credit is issued through a discount code sent via email and does not expire. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@headyhouse.shop. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, along with the cost of doing so.

Please keep record of your tracking number until we have confirmed that the package has been received. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost on their way back to us.

 

Once the package is delivered and the item(s) has passed inspection, a refund will be processed. This can take up to 10 -14 business days.

EXCHANGE

Due to limited availability of our styles, the simplest and fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item(s) and order your desired replacement(s) through our site. Contact us at info@headyhouse.shop to get the return process started!
